Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Greenville dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in IL, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every Greenville job.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Greenville team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Greenville, IL construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
